By accessing or using FrameTune ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FrameTune provides AI-powered thumbnail generation and optimization tools for gaming content creators. During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Features and pricing are subject to change.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of thumbnails and content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant FrameTune a limited license to process and generate thumbnail variations.
• AI-generated thumbnail variations are provided for your use; you may use them on your YouTube channel and other platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

6. Beta Service

FrameTune is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time during the beta period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameTune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
